P!nk - So What

1. The artist is angry within this video towards her ex boyfriend and is expressing her anger through violence. 
2. The artist is telling the story of how she reacted through the breakup of her boyfriend. This is used through her violent performance. For example when the married couple pulled up next to her, she started to freak out and trash the car thus showing her anger. Towards the middle it shows that the artist is actually hurting inside through the scene with her and her ex. 
3. This music video is real for peoples every day lives as couples do spit  up however there is some fantasy as not everyone would react in a way that P!ink did in this music video. 
4. The themes presented in this music video is mostly about love but portrayed in a negative way through break ups and how people deal with them. 
5. The performance shows physically how the artist reacted to the breakup. Performance is very important within this music video as it shows the emotions of the artist that the audience can physically watch and understand. 
6. Her sexuality is used in a different way as she does not react in a way that most female genders would react which makes it more entertaining for the audience. There is also a scene where she strips of naken for the paparazzi which shows that she is fine with her sexuality. 
7. This music video shows the artist the whole time throughout and she is shown in the middle of the camera vision which makes her the star of the song and shows that it is mostly about her dismissing other characters such as the ex boyfriend.
8. The music is quite fast and violent which is reflected in the actions of the artist which shows that it is related and makes it more entertaining. The lyrics used also match what we see in the music video and is illustrated through the actions that she takes. When the music slows down then it shows the emotions of the artist which may not have been shown in other parts of the music video.
